It’s really hard to make me happy. But finally, I found an exceptional hotel where I was completely satisfied and couldn’t find any negatives. First of all, in my comments I noted about my sleep issues and required the quiet room. For two nights I didn't hear a single noise. They made sure that we don't have neighbors and provided us away from the elevators. Secondly, we haven't seen any housekeeping neither in the floor nor in our room. But every single time we returned, it was cleaned, and they brought us some sweet treats, which made my 7-year-old boy very happy. Thirdly, the receptionist, the concierge, and the bell staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bell staff opened the door, helped with luggage, and asked if we needed any assistance each time. The very first moment, one of them politely asked if it was our first time and gave directions to the check-in floor. Also, the person who checked us in did his best, and we were able to check in early. He kindly offered to hold our bags while we took a quick walk to Totte across the road. I was happy and satisfied. I travel a lot and often.

Beautiful hotel. Super comfortable room, big bed and bathroom, amazing à la carte breakfast. I got to try some of the main dishes, and they were delicious. The staff was very friendly, and they helped me with everything. Love how quiet it was, despite being very busy with a lot of guess.

The Seaglass Inn & Spa is located 2.8 km from Herring Cove Beach and features an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi access. Pilgrim Monument is 1.9 km away. The staff were Amazing! Every single one of them. The British lady makes THE best cookies! This should be 5 star. The rooms are great, the pool was awesome! There’s lots of little extras that make it so great such as the free cookies and cake; the breakfast, golf buggy that takes you into town. It feels like a family resort even the grounds gardener is awesome! We will be back! 💞🕺🏿❤️‍🔥

We really enjoyed our time at Swansea Tranquil Retreat, and the little extras (cereal bars, popcorn, waters, even toothbrushes!) were a nice touch. The property itself was so spacious, and the garden was huge with lovely landscaping. There was also a wide selection of board games too, and the laundry room was like having your own launderette. Location wise, the property was near to a variety of shops, restaurants and a park area for hiking through the woods.
