Staying with Bosa and his family has been the highlight of our Vietnam trip. They made us feel very welcome and gave us a good insight into real Vietnamese life - not the tourist version. The house is amazing. Sitting on the deck watching the river was very relaxing. It was a great contrast from Ho Chi Minh City, our previous destination. Bosa was our guide for a day doing floating markets, markets and city. It was great to be with a local host as it didn’t feel touristy. Phoenix’s home cooked meals were amazing - the best food in Vietnam. Definitely a highlight.

We really enjoyed meeting Cindy, Matthias and the rest of the staff. They were warm and welcoming and very professional. The property is gorgeous, our room was luxurious, and the food was wonderful. Breakfasts (included) were fabulous with homemade yoghurt and jams and made to order eggs and crepes. We particularly enjoyed the Mekong experience tour with Daisy. You have to get up early but it’s worth it. It sounds like other cheaper floating market tours can be disappointing but this one allows a glimpse into life on the river. When we left Cindy helped us book some tricky transfers and wrote everything down so we could show the bus and mini van drivers
