Genesis Cruise gave us a memorable stay in Ha Long. Their food options were great. A taste of Vietnam and went out of their way to cater for what we needed. A fine dining experience. A warm reception and professional attention to details. From the beginning the communication with the agent (Ms Chee) was so helpful and prompt. She made our experience enjoyable. The luxury shuttle from Hanoi hotel to Ha Long Bay (3 hours drive) was a cherry on top! Not expected at all.

Departing from Tuan Chau Marina, Peony Cruises designs jam-packed itineraries while cruising along the Ha Long - Lan Ha Bay. Our overnight cruise on the Peony Cruise was an absolutely perfect experience for our honeymoon. The staff was incredibly kind and caring, always going out of their way to make our trip special. We were delighted by all the romantic surprises the team arranged for us, which made the trip even more unforgettable. The meals were also delicious, especially the lunch and dinner on the first day, which we truly loved. We will always cherish the memories from this trip, and we hope to come back if we get the chance. We highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a wonderful and romantic getaway!

Clean, modern, friendly helpful staff, nice gym (except spin bikes needed adjustment) and great view of sunset from top deck restaurant/bar. Really appreciated all the flat space to put your clothes and other stuff. Staff made enjoying every day so easy with help in arranging activities, rides and transit.

Velar of the Sea Cruise se nachází v destinaci Ha Long a má restauraci, sdílený lounge, bar, zahradu, celoročně otevřený venkovní bazén, terasu a výhled na moře. Everything was excellent. Staff Johnny and Jacky were awesome they ensure all our needs were taken care. The best part was we got upgraded to best suite on our second day and room is awesome. Spa staff Huang was excellent in giving massage. The cruise has arranged village tour on 2nd day of stay and it was great too. Tour guide Jay was wonderful and hard working person. We will definitely be back and recommend Velar to our family and friends. This is what you call hospitality as Vietnamese people are awesome.

Absolutely loved it and extended my stay. Breakfast is delicious and a lot, the guest family are the cutest and the dorms (4 beds) and pool area are spacious and clean! Pool table, table tennis and darts free for use. It's outside of town, but easy and cheap to rent a scooter or catch a ride with a local for little money.. Perfect if you want to stay somewhere more quiet but very welcoming. Booked the Lan Ha bay day tour and everything was well planned and an amazing experience. Highly recommend, if I'll ever be that way again, I will rebook for sure!
