Very good hotel which is located in the central of Hanoi Old Quarter. We have been here for a night only, but it was such a great time. We were welcoming by warmest greetings by lovely staff with a cup of lotus cinnamon tea and some cakes, then the room is quickly arranged for our early arrival. The atmosphere and the smell of the areas are fresh, comfy bed, clean room, the breakfast also is very impressive with many options, “Pho” made me remember when I was a child and my mom use to cook it for me, highly recommend!

It gave us the chance to explore the best of Hanoi just by stepping outside, while still being peaceful and comfortable once inside. The rooms were spotless and carefully maintained, with every detail in place to make us feel at home. The facilities were excellent, modern, and convenient, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. But what truly made this experience stand out was the staff. Their kindness, availability, and genuine smiles transformed our stay into something unforgettable. They were always there when we needed them, thoughtful and attentive in the most sincere way—not just polite, but truly caring. To our amazement, they went even further: the team surprised us with a beautifully decorated anniversary cake and a special room setup. Walking into a room filled with balloons, flowers, and a personalized birthday/anniversary decoration was such a heartwarming surprise. It was clear that every little detail was arranged with love and effort, making us feel celebrated and deeply appreciated. This was by far our best stay in Hanoi, and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking not only for comfort and cleanliness, but also for heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly special, this is the place to be.

The receptionists are very friendly and smiling. They speak very good English and some even French. The massages are really great, I recommend them!

The location is very good and close to all shopping area and very busy one. The hotel is very clean , pool and gym are nice and the highlight for me would be the adorable staff!! A big up to Ruph who’s been really helpful with his advises and his kindness! I’d definitely come back x
