Stayed here last weekend and the hotel felt super comfy. Rooms were neat and geyser working perfectly. Staff was chill and always ready to help. Food simple but tasty enough. Location also easy to find. Overall good budget-friendly stay.

In booking.com it show excellent but it’s the worst property I stayed in entirely life. Avoid this place, especially any of the Goyal Hotels. The ratings on Booking.com are fake. We had a very bad experience — the rooms were dusty and not clean at all. We paid for two days but couldn’t even stay for one night and had to vacate the next day. When we asked for a refund for the second day, they refused and were very rude. They have no idea how to treat customers and are completely unprofessional. Please avoid this horrible place. Reply to the owner: Don’t post this fake reply. We spent more than 3 hours asking for a refund, and your managers were extremely rude the entire time. We even checked your other properties, and all of them were in pathetic condition. You clearly have no intention of giving refunds — this is just fraud business and you are ruining travellers’ experience in Agra. Please check google review

Rooms were spotless and well-equipped with everything. I appreciated the quiet and peaceful ambiance, which made for a very relaxing stay. The restaurant’s food quality and presentation were excellent. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Agra.
