Beautiful and peaceful location. Helen and her family are friendly and very welcoming. Helen is an amazing host. We met the farm animals and had a delicious breakfast at their cafe. We were greeted with a personalised welcome sign and a bottle of a Grant Burge Merlot (how did they know that's my favourite?), and some chocolates (my partner loved those!). Not only that, they had provided clear and detailed instructions for our stay in their home and an extensive list of things to see, things to do, and places to eat at during our stay (both rainy and sunny options included!). Everything we required was already provided and included to ensure we didn't have to worry about anything and could enjoy our retreat completely. It was exactly what we needed. Meg and Adri were both friendly and approachable, and responded to our questions promptly. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay and we will be back!

However the living area has a very comfortable sofa bed that was perfect for a couple. The other quirk was (as it was a unique eco build) the toilet is a “nature loo”, (a bit off putting for city folk - we used the local service station when we wanted a normal loo). Also, despite being an eco home and several cooking appliances - there was no microwave. The owners were lovely to talk to on the phone - and easy to contact - but not very responsive to booking.com messages (better to call direct).

The Tiny House is very well equipped and decorated. You can find everything you need there !It was perfect. It's so nice to sit around the brazier at the end of the day. The place is peaceful and the only neighbours around are the rabbits that wander around the garden. You may also spot a kangaroo or two at the end of the day. We met Aaron at the end of our stay, he's friendly, available and ready to advise us on lots of places to visit in the area and even elsewhere in Australia ! Thanks for the Sauvignon ! 😉
