Very close, actually right next to the covered car park where we parked our car before taking a boat to Perhentian. The property has a parking area inside the gate and has privacy with screened fences between next door and us, everything was good. Bed linens, towels, air conditioning, communication with the property owner etc. We arrived at night and stayed 1 night before our boat to Perhentian, there are quite a few budget hotels in the area, but I am glad we stayed at this house making a good feel start of the holiday!
