This is a very well located holiday home, only 300 metres away from the sea. The accommodation facilities are complete, especially the new and luxurious kitchen and bathroom equipment. However, it is better to use traditional stoves and ovens, otherwise a group of people will have to study for half hour. The bedding is very clean and comfortable, but the pillow smells a little sweaty. The double garage is large enough, but the studio below is a little damp, so it's better to ventilate more at ordinary times. In addition, the Wi-Fi password is usually attached to the modem and easy to find.

The upstairs and downstairs house and rear cottage configuration was amazing. We had various family groups stay over two nights and each area of accomodation catered for everyone’s needs. Ample space for gathering and areas for solitude.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space for a couple enjoying a weekend away. Great location, 5 minutes from Nelson Bay and easy to get to other stunning parts of Port Stephens. Debbie was a great host with the right amount of communication when needed. We left a jacket at the guest house and she was quick to post it over to our home address. Had a great stay.

This house is the dream for nature lovers. Surrounded by old trees, you can hear and watch the birds all around the house, and the very friendly owner helped us identify them, showed us the cute possum leaving in the backyard, and also gave us very good advices to go around Port Stephen’s. The house is spacious, decorated with very personal items, that makes it warm and welcoming. The location is ideal for hikers to reach 2 beaches nearby and walk along the coast, where we were lucky to see many whales, a sea lion and flocks of dolphins. All our family keeps a very unique memory of this place.

Close to beaches and some restaurants and easy driving distance to major attractions. House was well appointed and secure with adequate facilities and dog friendly. Sunsets and sunrises at Birubi Headland nearby were stunning and surf was good.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Sunset Towers, 1-25 Donald St- in the heart of town with Wi-Fi and Air Con is set in Nelson Bay. The location was great! Nice and close to the shops, cafes, restaurants, small beaches, the marina all in walking distance. The holiday rental was a nice little containment with air con and wifi access. I appreciated the undercover parking and porch. Would definitely stay at this property again ☺️

Located in Soldiers Point, just 1.1 km from Kangaroo Point Reserve Beach, Woodlands Sunsets Soldiers Point - Whole Property provides beachfront accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. Location was great for our annual family girls weekend plenty of space. One of best stocked stocked kitchens with everything you need and spares. Would definitely stay here again.
