A magic place in the middle of country side and nature. The owner is a kind people and he let us free to arrive without any time. The cottage is perfect. You can find all you need to stay well included cooking accessories and a barbecue outside. 15min by car and you are in Silkeborg where you can sail on a steam boat or rent canoes on the lake. But you can rent bike and have a ride in the country or in cycle paths. 45min by car and you are in Billund area with airport and Legoland park. But the best moment is come back to the cottage and breath the nature. One morning 3 wild rabbits arrive during our breakfast...

Situated in Grenå, within 20 km of Djurs Sommerland, Modern Retreat close to everything in Djursland offers accommodation with air conditioning. The property has garden views. Great location, very quite. There is a nice little garden with furniture and cushions to sit and relax. A fully equipped kitchen with a big “American” fridge with makes ice cubes! The owner of the estate is great. He met and showed everything. he understands what guests need. we recommend this beautiful place. quiet, peaceful, clean. wanted to stay longer, but we have to move on. thank you for a wonderful time.
