The self-contained unit was very cozy and comfortable, with a balcony facing the mountains. The nearby river was like a constant and welcome lullaby at night. Liérganes' city centre is a short walk away (if not wishing to drive there), offers several sites to visit and bushwalk options around town with plenty of restaurants, and supermarkets. By car, there are many interesting destinations within 30 - 60 min drive. I really appreciated the helpful advice from the hosts and the spacious backyard. The landscapes are the best.

We really enjoyed our stay. The proprietors are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The place itself is very well located, with superb views and close to Santillana. We felt very comfortable there. The local restaurant offers great food at low prices.

Casa Llayo อยู่ใน Aliezo ห่างจากอารามซานโต โตริบิโอ เด เลียบานา 6.6 กม. This was one of the best holiday rentals I've ever stayed in, hands down. It's a little house in a tiny village up in the Liebana mountains, with a stunning view from the terrace. The house is newly built, so it's clean, warm, and comfortable, but at the same time it's cosy and tastefully furnished and decorated. The 2 bedrooms can easily fit a family of 5. Mattresses are springy, on the firm side. There is a quite spacious bathroom and a separate toilet downstairs. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you'd need and, additionally, you may use the bbq on the terrace. It's hard to describe how nice the hosts are! Alicia and Jesus go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasurable as possible, sharing their tasty home wine and offering advice, but everything in a very discrete and unobtrusive manner. There are many hiking opportunities in the area – some easy trails directly from the house and some longer ones in the close vicinity. A quaint mountain town of Potes is 7 minutes away and the cable car to Picos de Europa is 25 minutes driving. I'll definitely come back!
