An amazing view from the window, out of a dream. Has a lot of amenities, the jacuzzi is really nice, it's really spacious, it has a bed on 2nd floor with a perfect view to wake up to. The owner is a good guy as well, he offered us a transfer and a quick tour at times which was nice. You can also do BBQ outside.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this comfortable house in Georgia! From the moment we booked it, the owner was helpful and incredible! His father took us from the airport and was our tour guide. The place felt like a home away from home. We felt welcome, offering helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect-close to local attractions, but still quiet enough to relax in peace. The space itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped. As it was birthday trip, my sister organized through the owner a platter full of nice and delicious treats, balloons and gorgeous cake. The outdoor area was a highlight, offering beautiful views and a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. We also felt very safe and secure during our stay. Overall, this was a great choice for our trip to Georgia, and we'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay!

Anton was incredibly kind and responsive, available whenever we needed him, offering assistance and being willing to accommodate our every need. The place was simply magical: clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Anything needed could be purchased on site (for example, barbecue equipment, etc.). The grounds feature a sauna and a swimming pool, which are simply a must-use. The house offers incredible mountain views, and every time you step out onto the balcony, you're greeted by the sound of spring water cascading from a nearby stream. My family and I absolutely loved our time here. Highly recommended!! We'll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved the villa! We agreed with Archil, discussed all the details. An understanding, kind and cheerful man. We went straight from the airport to the villa, although we stayed until the night because we stopped in the city and had something to eat, but there were no problems with checking in. Very beautiful view, rooms, everything is gorgeous. We will definitely come back, but for a longer period of time. The romantic vacation was a success. Thank you! ❤️

The photos don’t fully capture the beauty of the garden. At the end of the yard, there’s a small river — you can hear the soothing sounds of water and nature all the time, which brings so much peace. If you’re looking for a place surrounded by forest, close to the sea, and with a river, this is the perfect spot for you.

The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with, check-in was smooth, and the cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable, and the cabin also had air conditioning, which was a great bonus. We truly recommend this place and would be happy to come back one day!
