Our stay at Heritage Villa Vitturi Sea View was absolutely perfect. The owner went above and beyond — he picked us up from the airport, dropped us off at the end, helped with our luggage, and even kept our bags after check-out so we could enjoy our last day stress-free. He shared so many great tips for what to see and eat, both in Kaštela and in other cities nearby. We visited Hvar, Trogir, Split, and Krka Waterfalls, but the beach right next to our villa was actually the clearest and calmest of them all. Kaštela itself is such a peaceful town — perfect for relaxing after day trips. When I was bitten by a jellyfish, the owner immediately brought a cream to help, and when we spilled some coffee, he was completely understanding. The villa is also very well-equipped — you can find everything you need for washing, drying, and ironing. He even treated us to our first drinks at a local bar on our first evening — such a kind gesture! A few great tips from our trip: 🍦 In Hvar, try the homemade gelato at Sweet Republic Hvar — it’s amazing! 🍷 In Primošten, don’t miss Gracin winery for great local wine, and Slastičarna Nautika for delicious ice cream. 🌿 And definitely visit Krka Waterfalls — it’s absolutely worth it! We felt truly welcomed and cared for here. I can’t recommend this place enough — we’d love to come back someday!

The apartment was in a fabulous location. 20 minutes walk to Bacvice beach, 15 minutes to the ferry to travel to Hvar and Vis and 5 minutes into Split centre. Restaurants and cafes right outside the apartment although you couldn’t hear any noise as the windows are sound proof. There are also steps (about 200) that take you to a restaurant with amazing views over Split. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in with luxurious linen. The views from both bedrooms were breathtaking. The bathroom and kitchen were small but have everything you need. This was made up for with ample space in both bedrooms and a sitting area in one of them. Air conditioning worked well. Communication with hosts was excellent. Replied to any questions within 20 minutes. A bottle of wine, beers and cokes in the fridge on arrival.

Unique, spacious, gorgeous apartment located along the waterfront gave our family (parents + 3 young adult children) a chance to spread out after traveling together for a week. Three bathrooms, three bedrooms, well appointed, and convenient to all the shops, restaurants, and an easy walk from the ferry stop. Easy access into the unit and great communication from the hosts. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

The location is excellent – you can see beautiful sunrises and sunsets even from the window, and you can go swimming right next to the house. The house is well-maintained and well-equipped, and the host is very kind and easy to communicate with. I'd love to come back here again.

He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always available if we needed anything. It’s clear that he truly cares about making guests feel comfortable. The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool is fantastic – clean, spacious, and perfect for enjoying sunny days. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we slept so well every night, which is so important when you’re on vacation. One of the things we loved most was the peaceful atmosphere. The area is quiet and surrounded by nature, with plenty of birds singing in the morning – it was such a lovely and calming experience. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and great hospitality. We hope to come back in the future!

We stayed 5 days in this modern, super clean, and beautiful villa. First of all, the villa is spotless. You won’t find a single fingerprint anywhere when you check in. The windows are so crystal clear that my kids twice didn’t even realize there was glass! The owner, Mr. Mladen, is incredibly kind and friendly. Both Mladen and Domagoj do their absolute best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Mladen loves to talk and share stories about his villa, Croatia, food — pretty much everything. He’s such a warm and huggable person. The villa has a comfortable, warm jacuzzi and a heated pool with a perfect temperature for a relaxing swim. You get plenty of towels — not just one per person for the whole stay, but enough for several days, which is really nice. There’s a Nespresso machine, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need — beautiful glasses, plates, dishes, all new and of high quality. We also loved the villa’s location. We had done our homework beforehand, so we knew exactly what to expect. Complaining about the location afterward just doesn’t make sense — do your research and you’ll appreciate it as we did. A little tip: the house right in front of the pool sells fresh olive oil at a very decent price — definitely buy some, it’s amazing! And finally, we were deeply touched by Mr. Mladen’s thoughtful gesture — he brought us a lovely gift at the end of our stay, and even had presents for our children. That meant a lot to us. Overall, a wonderful experience — spotless villa, kind people, and warm hearts. We will definitely come back!

Willa jest urocza,podobnie jak gospodarz miły sympatyczny służący pomocą w każdej chwili.Wszystko wygląda jak na zdjęciach a może i rzeczywistości jeszcze lepiej.Willa jest bardzo czysta ,ma wszystko,czego potrzebujesz a nawet i więcej jest wyposażona we wszystko garki,łyżki,szklanki czajnik expres w łazience pomocna pralka i wisienka na torcie wieczorami przy bardzo dużym telewizorze poczujesz się jak w kinie.Wszystko jest nowocześnie umeblowane a wszystkie pokoje są piękne włącznie z salonem i kuchnią każdy pokój i salon posiadają oddzielną klimatyzację co czyni tą Wille jeszcze bardziej wyjątkową.Napewno nie musisz i nie bedziesz się kłócił kto ma ładniejszy pokój.Ponadto posiada bardzo duże podwórko włącznie z bardzo dużym basenem jeśli pamiętam to (8 na 4----160 głęboki)i oczywiście bardzo czysty.Gospodarz dba o czystość basenu w godzinach rannych kiedy ty jeszcze spisz nikomu nie przeszkadzając.Co prawda dom nie jest nad samym morzem,co nie jest złe,więc można uciec od pośpiechu i ciągłego stresu na codzień.Obiekt na najwyższym poziomie ,nie ma się do czego doczepić.Villa sama w sobie jest luksusową i elegancka.Nasze dzieci też bawiły się w niej świetnie.Prywatność masz zagwarantowaną na 100%.Do Villi zdecydowanie warto przyjechać samochodem,żebyś mógł się poruszać na plażę,do sklepu,czy gdzie kolwiek indziej.Villa znajduje się poza miastem,jest cicho spokojnie,nie ma hałasu słychać tylko spiew ptaków.Teren otaczający willę jest bardzo zadbany i uporządkowany co podkreśla atmosferę nieruchomości.Dodam jeszcze brakowało nam odkurzacza przy tak wielkim domu i nie wyobrażaliśmy sobie nie sprzątnąć przez cały nasz pobyt zgłosiliśmy sie do gospodarza który następnego dnia przywiózł nowy kupiony odkurzacz Dziekujemy..Bardzo miło było poznać właściciela który budował ten dom,jakby dla siebie i z wielką miłością!Życzymy aby wszyscy goście docenili i uszanowali całą włożoną twoją pracę,za wszystko Serdecznie Dziękujemy.Na pewno wróćmy.
