This was the nicest self catering house we have ever stayed in. Far better than any hotel. Brand new, spotlessly clean and so tastefully decorated. As it was December the house was also done up for Christmas inside and out with a Christmas tree in both living areas. You really couldn't ask for better.

For this night on our trip we were trying to decide between this home which had a bit more privacy, and a guesthouse that had breakfast provided. We opted for this place and it is excellent. The home is very well kept and was better than expected. It is right outside of town and very private. We loved it and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved everything here. Our host Mike is a great and kind person and he gave us tips which places to visit and explained us everything. This place is truly amazing and the cottage is awesome. Cherry on the top was a fire place giving sense of warmth and home. We only regret that we stayed here only for one night due to other plans. Can "only" give here 10/10 and recommend it to be visited to everyone.

One of the kindest, warmest and the sweetest hosts I've come across. This was my very first solo trip and I felt right at home. The most special part about the stay was not only its beautiful location but the house itself. You can feel the love and care that has gone in it as soon as you enter. Each room had beautiful artwork by Elaine. The house literally had everything I could think of! There are three bedrooms and each had it's distinct character! The garden is massive and absolutely breathtaking. My host Brian and Elaine were extremely gracious and even invited me to their home! I also got to meet their very cute little dogs. Inspite of a family emergency and not being well himself, Brian picked me up from the Limerick junction! He even gave me a very informative tour of Limerick and told me really interesting local stories. I wouldn't have been able to know Limerick like I do without Brian! It was home away from home and I'd always cherish it.

By far the most wonderful spot we stayed in Ireland in the whole month! The welcome was so hospitable, with a beautiful spread of homemade goodies in a very new and modern and well equipped two story cottage.
