Located in Sakashita, 46 km from Gero Station and 8.1 km from Toson Memorial Museum, ゲストハウス にじゅうよん offers a garden and air conditioning. This was one of the coolest places we have ever stayed. Super unique.

Set in Takayama, 1.4 km from Takayama Station and 800 metres from the centre, 民宿 和屋 offers air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a garden. We had an excellent stay here. The host was very thoughtful turning the air-conditioning on before our arrival on hot summer day and provided easy communication before and throughout our stay. He gave us great recommendations for food and local meat, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The house was well-equipped, allowing us to cook some meals. Additionally, its location was perfect, with easy access to all attractions by foot and the parking provided definitely is a plus. Highly recommended!

They really made you feel as if you were a part of their family and took time out of their day to show me around the area and drive me to many different areas all while having really nice conversations.

The house was spacious. The authenticity and the cultural experience of staying there. Beautiful art everywhere you looked.
