The lodge is huge and totally private on top of a hill overlooking the valley and the waterfalls. The hosts Candy & Rawiri went out of their way to show us around the property, including a creek nearby where you can spot the glowworms at night. It’s a gravel road driving to property from Opononi but it’s well maintained and suitable for 2WD. Spend at least a couple of nights there, you won’t be disappointed!

Of course, the view is spectacular. The house was comfortable with a heater that was amazing, if needed. The kitchen was appointed fairly well, with excellent modern appliances. Great shower. All the birds, chickens, ducks, and guinea fowl were a joy! Loved hearing them!

Romantic Waterfront - Russell se nachází v destinaci Russell. Kostel Christ Church se nachází 700 metrů odtud, Russell Museum 800 metrů a Flagstaff Hill 1,8 km. Such a great location. Out of the hustle and bustle of Russell but within walking distance of town. The water views are exceptionally. You can watch the birds, fish and stingrays from the deck. Everything you need for a short break is here and the owners are in friendly and helpful.

Kūkupa Pavilion se nachází v destinaci Oue a poskytuje zahradu, soukromou pláž, terasu a ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a výhledem na moře. It was an incredible time in a very beautiful and serene place. The host was so attentive and helpful, while also allowing us absolute privacy. All the amenities were top of the line and very well thought out. Even though it was a higher cost per night we still felt like it was great value for money. After arriving we instantly changed our plans to book another night. Would 100% recommend this place to couples and people who want a destination holiday.
