The location is very quiet in beautiful surroundings on the Little Manatee River. It is close to Simmons Park and the Bahia Beach Preserve. The owner, Tammie Saxon, provided invaluable help getting me to my cottage and getting my disabled vehicle to servicing. Canoes and fishing gear are available. There's a large swimming pool area but the weather was too cool for pool activities during my stay. The manager, Lynn, made check in effortless and she had no problem extending my stay.

Located in the heart of historic Key West, guests will be 1 minutes’ walk from Duval Street. A heated pool, daily continental breakfast, and free WiFi are provided. We went there for two nights. The location was amazing. The service is awesome. A truly quiet pool area, good breakfast with all you need, and the happy hour with cocktails for free. We definitely will come back!!

The house is exactly like the pictures, beautiful ambiance well furnished, lots of space, very well stocked with towels. Very clean, comfortable beds. Easy to locate. Great area, very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay again if in the area.
