Rooms were simple, beds were simple, kitchen was small but functional and the bathroom had clearly been updated as it was lovely. Instructions for getting keys were clear and simple to follow, overall the stay was good and really convenient. It was awesome waking up each morning to the beach and had beautiful views of the sunsets each afternoon.

Beautifully maintained B&B, with great attention to details. We appreciated the electric blanket, the breakfast bar in our room and the little table right outside the room surrounded by lavender, it was the best setting for breakfast in the garden. The property also has a pool and a jacuzzi and it's close to the beach.

Arrived a bit frazzled 14 hours after leaving Singapore, met by super friendly hosts, had the best shower & were offered a lift to a family gathering which we thought was walking distance… Thankyou so so much. Really appreciated this gesture. The room was perfect, the location was peaceful. 10/10, if you’re ever looking for somewhere to stay in the UK. Let us know!

Apartamento en una ubicación excelente para disfrutar de la playa de Paraparaumu. Estudio con un pequeño frigorífico, microondas y calentador de agua. Baño muy amplio con bañera-jacuzzi. Aunque en las fotos daba la impresión de que la entrada y las ventadas estaban muy expuestas a la calle, no fue el caso, ya que la orientación, cortinas y vegetación en las jardineras exteriores ofrecen suficiente privacidad. Al llegar nos guardaron amablemente las maletas hasta la hora de entrar, mientras disfrutábamos de uno de los restaurantes cercanos. Muy bien comunicado con la estación de tren mediante autobús urbano.
