We intentionally don't choose a hotel with a breakfast option. We prefer a brunch somewhere else a little later. The room and the bathroom was freshly renewed, and was really comfortable.

It is located less than 1 km from Via Condotti and provides a lift. The property is 1 km from Castel Sant'Angelo, and within 1.2 km of the city centre. The property was great - walking distance to most places and the room was clean and spacious. I have to especially mention Jeric. Unfortunately during our stay my husband got food poisoning and we were confined to our room for a few days. Jeric was so lovely and understanding, allowed us to have access to unlimited amounts of extra bedding, towels and beverages. It made the terrible situation so much more bearable knowing you had someone so kind and caring around. Thank you Jeric so much for the lovely stay and being so wonderful.

At the bed and breakfast, all units are soundproof. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne, fruits and chocolates or cookies. Everything is excellent. Breakfast is tiny and cosy but includes everything I need - ham slices, salami, cheese, toast machine for the bread, yogurt, juice, scrambled eggs and tea/coffee with pie. Not bad for Italy! The room is clean, quiet and nice. Also I like the hotels with self check if you arrive not in the working hours of the reception - you don’t have to wait for somebody bringing the key. The internet is quite good. The personnel is very guest oriented and welcoming.

The room was lovely and clean and a lovely private bathroom,if we had any questions we would send a message and we would hear back straight away. The rooms was a lovely size and we would put in Netflix at night a big + when the legs are tired from walking all day. We would get a knock on the door for breakfast, was like having breakfast in bed so spoilt. We will return again... Thank you for an amazing stay.💗💗
