The owner is a humble self made entrepreneur. We had the pleasure talking with him & hear about his story behind building this camp, simply, inspiring. We took the panomaric tent & we LOVED IT!! It was once in a lifetime experience . I don't want to forget mentioning Ez el-dein, the guy who was responsible for the bonfire at night. He made us this amazing, authentic beduin seige tea. He cared for the smallest detail to make the environment super cozy & inviting. The food both Dinner & breakfast was delicious!!

I really loved the genuity of the place, truly local food and clean though simple lodgings. Compared to the other camps, the location of the camp in the desert is further from the village, so if you want to get the feeling of remoteness, go for it. I had never experienced such piece and quiet in my life as I did there. Mahmoud - the guide - is an experienced nice guy with plenty of knowledge of the local customs and is sensitive to visitors´ needs. While touring through the desert, he made us a delicious lunch and answered anything we asked about the Jordan culture or family traditions.

We had a wonderful trip in wadi rum..thanks to Salma Desert Camp...they made us very comfortable and happy ...the food is great and everything is clean .we enjoyed drinking tea outside after dinner..the best vacation ever ♥️

I would call this place the pearl of wadi rum a hidden treasure of the desert. Everything and i mean it literally starting from the moment we made booking till we left the camp was outstanding and i would rate them 100/10 if we could . The owner contacted us 5 mins after we made our booking asking if he can be helpful to us. He offered his own house parking to keep our rental car safe. Now when we reached the camp reception (BILAL) great us with welcome beverage and assist us later at night time he arranged an outdoor bonefire with tea and shisha. He sat with us and shared with us some bedouan stories and it was super lovely. The driver RODWAN who took us for sunset safari was amaaaaazing he was super friendly and very safe driving showed us so many cool spots and shared stories.. And we been so surprised with the level of hygiene and how was the camp soooo clean and neat specially the teants. Overall we would really really recommend this camp over all other camps

Wild Oryx Camp Bubbles ligger i Wadi Rum och erbjuder boende med utsikt över bergen samt en gemensam lounge, en terrass, en restaurang och grillmöjligheter. It was really above our expectations. Bubble Tents were very quiet and had a wonderful location. The fact that the camp is far from everything offers a great opportunity to watch the stars. While many camps charge you a separate fee for this, here you can enjoy this visual feast for free. The food and breakfast was also very delicious. Mr. Eid explained our activity options with visuals as soon as we arrived at the parking area. We decided to do a 4-hour jeep tour and a 1-hour camel tour. He never forces you to do anything, he is a wonderful person in this respect. Moreover, he is thoughtful enough to ask if there is anything you don't want to eat. After you drop your car at the parking area, they escort you to the camp which we consider as a small tour as well. I would also like to thank Mohtaz, our guide on the jeep tour. He introduced every place in a very entertaining way that we will never forget. These were the best moments of our trip in Jordan. If I go again, it is definitely a place I will stay more than one day.

Comfortable, warm, silent tents (even in February), delicious dinner and breakfast, helpful, knowledgeable, kind hosts, excellent communication and organization of activities- all that we could have hoped for! We had a wonderful stay. Loved our full day tour!

Lovely Bedouin family who are great hosts, plenary of adventure options. We did the sunset trip and camel ride both of which were amazing. Ahmed who managed most of our stay activities is a humble, friendly and genuine person. We experienced the Bedouin ways of life with Ahmed and his family including food, songs, dance which made this stay truly memorable.
