We truly liked the authentic style of the building and the unique location right next to the lake.
The staff was super friendly and supportive.
Breakfast was plentyful and delicious.
We chose to have dinner at the attached restaurant, which was super amazing. 😍

Great staff support in anything we have asked for our unplanned one-night stay. The manager was very helpful and arranged heating to be the highest priority in the snowy night. The manager offered us tea and some medical stuff. Next morning, due to high level of snow, we weren't able to pull the car to the highway, so he quickly arrived and helped in this situation. Very galant and modest, highly recommend his services!

The best place to stay in Sevan I think. This place is an institution of the town, for good reason. The rooms were large, comfortable and very warm- mattresses are very comfortable. The staff are fantastic. There is a full kitchen for you to use on the property, and the hosts often prepare delicious food for you to enjoy. It is in a central location inside Sevan so it is near to grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, and other essentials. I don't see why anyone would stay at another hotel, unless they just wanted luxury- which there is nothing wrong with.

A very beautiful place to visit if you're already in Armenia, but I wouldn't recommend making a trip solely for this destination. Keep in mind that selecting your lodging, hotel, or entertainment options carefully is important, as your choices can greatly influence whether you have an excellent or disappointing experience during your stay. Have Cash with you, Credit Cards won't come handy there and there aren't many ATMs around

Very interesting place.
Very interesting place. The views of Sevan lake are stunning and the personnel is nice and accommodating. However you must be prepared for the neglected state of the property, it looks it was not renovated since it was build in 1963. I have a sort of nostalgie for Soviet life style. If you have it as well or want to have first hand experience, this is the best place for that.

We did not visit Sevan (city), but some spots around Sevan lake. Armenia offers a number of places that are really majestic: the view on the lake, with the snowy mountains in the background, and the Sevanavank monastery, all within strong winds... The monasteries closed to Dilijan are also very beautiful, in the woods, surrounded by mountains... We visited also the monastery of Hayravank, and the (huge) cementery of Noradouz - all places I recommend to stop by. We did this trip in an afternoon, with a driver recommended by the Hotel Lavash.
It was definitely too cold to swim in the cold (we even had a small snow storm that covered the beach in a few minutes... :) ), so i cant say much about this!

The village is 5km from the shore, you have to get a cab to get to the peninsula.
When at the shore, everything is overpriced with very few options to eat. Do not expect to get breakfast before 10am and spend from 5€ to 10€ per person for some cheese, bread, eggs ans coffee.
The lake is gorgeous but you'd rather skip a stayover.

The lake Sevan is one of my favorite places to stay in Armenia. Although the weather here may be challenging, but this is what I like the most :) You can get burned under the sun, while get cold in the shadow. This is what you should expect form a lake situated at an altitude of 1900m above he sea level.
The Lake Sevan is one of the top tourist attractions you may not want to miss during your trip in Armenia. The Sevan waters have all the palette of blue and green colors, depending on the season and time of the day, from crystal clear azure to mystic dark blue.

Lake Sevan is breath-taking in itself and driving around it...
Lake Sevan is breath-taking in itself and driving around it was the best thing we did in our week in Armenia. There are lots of areas around the lake with beautiful trees. They just started to show autumn colours and with the sun shining on them, it was a scenic drive we will remember for a long time. There also a few 13th century monasteries and old cemeteries that are interesting to visit.
Not a typical hotel, it offers a very rustic environment experience. It is located in a very beautiful part of Sevan and is perfect for a short escape from the noise of the city (do not expect any entertainment there). My room was amazing, the heating was enough, it was quite clean and I had a nice view. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Even though it was too cold to swim I really enjoyed my stay.
The hotel is very good value for money. The position is good if you are on a roadtrip since it is located on the main road from Yerevan. It is also very close (few hundred meters) to some beaches on Lake Sevan and it's also easy to walk to Sevan City. The included breakfast was also good and filling. The staff couldn't speak english, but they were kind and helpful.
Pleasant resort few hundred meters away from Sevan lake, very close to Sevanavank monastery. All studios/apartments are located in separate small houses. The territory of the resort is well maintained, there are a lot of trees, a small swimming pool and a bbq place. Nice personnel. Parking is available in front of the restaurant.
The bartender was very courteous. The rooms are nicely furnished and equipped. The yard is cozy and pleasant for secluded relaxation. They had solar panels installed on the roofs. The location is very close to the gorgeous Sevanavank, the Sevan monastery.
The staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to help us whenever we needed it. The hotel is new and in very good condition, felt more like a palace. We loved our time there and would definitely recommend staying here if visiting the area.
Great hotel with brewery and restaurant with very delicious food. The owner is super good and makes sure that you have everything you need.He also helped us arranged the ride.We will definitely come back in the near future.
I would like to highly recommend Louvre Home! Our stay here was perfect: very nice hosts, clean, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast and more. If you want to taste luxury in Sevan you must check this place :)
The owner is very nice. She doesn't speak English well, but she is so patient and trying her best to answer all my queries. The location is literally one stone throw away from the main street of Sevan.
The most prominent feature of the house was its great location. It was near the Sevan beach and moreover it was 10 minutes away form the hill of historical Sevanavank Monastery.
We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. We like it’s authentic style, cuteness and that it’s far from the village or a city, also a great place to have fish bbq!
Good and spacious place with open view to the lake. Everything is fine then. Host didt speak English so we communicate via app and G translate, but she was very hospitable 😅
I strongly recommend this place. Andranik is kind, don't hesitate to ask him any questions you face with. No doubt I will stay here if I visit Sevan again.
