A very comfortable modern clean and friendly place aa few minutes walk from Gare du midi/Sud. As a solo traveller just be careful at night going between en the venue and Gare du Midi. It is poorly lit and you can get harassed. Just be aware. The accommodation itself is very clean and comfortable.
Located 700 metres from the Brussels-South Train Station, this unique hotel comprises 2 Art Nouveau townhouses offering rooms with individual character.

This is a very nice hotel just a short walk from the centre of Brussels. The breakfast was good, if a little expensive, and the hotel has a nice classic feel overall. Also enjoyed the bar in the evening

Room was stinking with some horrible smell &there was not enough tea or coffee in the tray. In bathroom there was no hand soap. I reported to the receptionist he gave another room but that was not done looked like someone was there as the bed was not done(clean) properly so I had to return the key and stay in the same room.

I was in the neighborhood for a meeting that took very long, so I stayed for a night.
Nothing bad to say, but also nothing great.
Very average small hotel. Prices are just over the quality rate for me and breakfast was not even included...
The hotel staff is very friendly offering us details about things to visit in Brussels and also telling us what transportation means to use. The parking in the yard was ok and we had access using a special ticket we received from the reception desk.
Breakfast only 1 cheese and 1 meat. The other Ibis hotels had 2 cheese and 2 meat. Although we booked 1 room for 3 adults the 1 adult only got a thin blanket and was refused a duvet. In the other Ibis hotel each had a duvet.
Very bad hotel, I booked through booking.com and when I arrived at the hotel they refused to let me in because the rate that I booked from booking.com is not acceptable for them !!!!
So the hotel is very very very bad.
The location is really close to P+R and free parking right in front of the hotel, hence it is perfect for a family travels with a car. The value for money is good and the room is quite spacious.
I loved that the parking and hotel was fenced in. It made me feel safe. And the rooms were so cute. Even though they were small, they were comfortable and just perfect for our needs.
