La situació és molt bona, amb el tramvia que porta directe des de l'aeroport i a 10 minuts a peu del centre. La zona és tranquil·la i plena de restaurants. El llit és còmode, tot i que petit per ser un hotel (135cm). L'accés és molt fàcil, tot i que cal pujar unes escales i no hi ha ascensor.
