I recently had the pleasure of staying at villa Omnia and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional and very attentive.
All rooms are tastefully decorated, exuding both comfort and style. The attention to detail was remarkable, with every amenity carefully thought out to cater to our needs. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and cutlery, professional equipment.
This villa exceeded all expectations and I highly recommend it for an unforgettable stay.

Very nice apartment with amazing view and enormous balcony, where one could even play sports. The host was extremely helpful and polite even after we were hour and a half late. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything one might need. The beach is literally 2 minutes away and is very clean. I particularly liked the swing on the balcony, where you could even take a nap in a hot summer day.

The beach was great, clean, the water was wonderful.
The beach was great, clean, the water was wonderful. The bars on the beach are ok, not to expensive. The restaurants in the harbor are great, wonderful food and very nice people. BUT, the city is very dirty, garbage everywhere, a lot of uncut grass and weeds, stray dogs everywhere, things in construction but no one was working there in the 10 day we spent here...so, sorry for the beach and the restaurants, but the city is just not worth it...

It's location is very close to very attractive beaches, especially those secluded where locals go like Krab beach... It's a small town with relatively new architecture, clearly the most iconic landmark in town is the Church of St. George. You can park your car everywhere without fee, people are relaxed.... Marketplace is outstanding but it's only on Wednesdays, look for Stavrofilos feta which is traditional and simply the best feta that you'll ever try!!! Βαρελακια is the best place for giros, then Erodios and in it's vicinity is Nea Potidea with three fabulous restaurants: Marina which is a bit fancy, expensive but offers very good fish dishes, Argonautes where lots of locals eat, tasty food, leisure atmosphere, moderate prices and not for those who don't like cats, and Ta Castra same as Argonautes except cats!

We stayed in 2 room apartment.It have two big balconies,big dining and living room.Apartment have everything you need even more.We we’re traveling with the car so we went to different places and beaches.Nea Moudania beach is long,sandy beach with a lot restaurants,beach bars.I would recommend Sanny beach it has beautiful white sand and clear water.We usually eat in little town Nea Potidea.GoranUnited States - 10Scored 10

Wonderful sandy beach and shallow sea, great for smaller children. The cafes on the beach are splendid and the service is very good. Great market on Wednesdays. The town is very small, has a couple of promenades, a large square and a beautiful church. The rest of the town is neglected and in some places in ruins, which makes it look desolate and quite depressing. Our impression was that this place had only been built for tourism, but not well maintained since. If there had been an old fishing village there once, today there is no trace of it, nor of the spirit of true Greece. The place meets all the needs of an average beach vacation, but it has no soul. And the mosquitoes are dreadful.

(In Spring time?) there is not much to do in Nea Moudania or direct surroundings. Only interesting place to visit is Thessaloniki. You definitely need a car if you want to do or see something. There seem to be interesting places for hikes, but those will take you at least two hours drive from Nea Moudania. The Petralona Cave is already closed for a couple of years.

The location of the hotel is perfect. If you come by car, there is no problem with the parking. We made parking just near the hotel, it was comfortable. The whole staff were positive and very friendly. The heart of the hotel is Theodora. She is so helpful, polite and friendly. The atmosphere in the hotel is very kind. The rooms are nice , sofa bed can even fit 2 people, the air conditioner works perfectly and so does the water boiler and the fridge. The shower place is good and have curtain. Shops are close (5-10 mins away by foot) , easily can find them in google maps (wi-fi is available and is pretty good). Nearest beach is about 10 mins by car, and you can go to the center within 3 minutes by foot. Perfect price-quality ratio for the area.DanielAlbania

The apartment is very close to the beach, restaurants and the center and yet in a very quiet location. Fotis (owner) is very hospitable and very nice person. He helped us in many matters that we may need during our holiday. He sincerely answered all our questions. We had a very nice holiday, you can choose without thinking. if we go to Nea Moudania again we will definitely stay in the same place and have Greek beer with Fotis=)

The rooms are clean, and it is very close to the beach. There is few stuff to use, like the owner's kayak, and my little son was delighted when the two of us drove it. House is generally at the great location. We have a really vacation, we come to Greece two times every year, and this is certainly one of the best times because it is effortless to be here. We had a problem with the shower (not their fault, neither our - things like this happen) and was fixed immediately. There was ice cream in the fridge and fresh fruits and water. In the house there is everything you need and the flat is all new! The location is perfect -in the heart of the city center and still in a quiet street. And the beach is 7 minutes by walk. Totally recommended!

We were group of ten and it was very comfortable and spacious for all us. Nice place with big living room, five bedrooms, relaxing garden with lounge fournitures and fantastic view, and also a jacuzzi. Five minute walk to a nearest supermarket, fivteen to to centre. I definitely recommend it to those who want to spend holiday time in the area!
