The staff was very friendly. Mustafa was a wonderful host - serious and considerate. Ismail (who drove us around the Berber village) was funny and had a look of mischief that was endearing. The facilities were great - truly a glamping experience. The camel ride, sandboarding, and ATVs were tons of fun.

We did the one night tour with the camel treck, staying in the luxury camp, and it was amazing. Everything was perfectly organised, Hassan was very helpful and every step of the tour was a pleasure, and the people involved were nice and accommodating. We also had a room for us to wait before the tour start and afterwards when we came back. Booking was quick and simple and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended

We did eat at Kasba Planet Sahara, Food was great, local, well prepared by the lady cook, just a bit too big portions :):):) Excellent!
Outdoor meal was in the desert - grill - local type - wow, we all enjoyed!
Additionally, was easy to walk arround and to have a drink in some local caffee shops - very nice.
Avoid ..!? to short stay to avoid anything, just add few more days.
One of the best experiences I had in Morocco. Zaid is very helpful and kind, he texted me and explained everything to me, and gave me lots of advice and options before, during and after my stay at Luna Luxury Camp. The staff is very nice and funny, the place is amazing and so is the hotel which is not far from the camp! The food was delicious, the after dinner entertainment was perfect, all the people there are very friendly and the mile is very big with a beautiful design just like in the pictures. Everything was perfect!
One of the few luxury camps in Merzouga has aircon, which could be useful in summer or winter. The camp is 400 meters away from the castle hotel, which belongs to the same group, which help ensure logistics. The hotel also has a pool open to camp guests. Upon checking in at the hotel, you can choose to go buy camels for the sunset and to go to the camp. This would be highly recommended! The camp is spacious with 1 big king size bed and and a single, plus sofa. Local africa music will be at play with bonfire after dinner.
Wauw wauw wauw what a beautiful camp!
I think it is more beautiful and hygienic than the most hotels I visited this year.
Beautiful and very comfortable beds and especially the smell when you walk into the tent. It was like we walked into a perfume shop but then for very soft fragrances.
The staff were super friendly and kind.
And the meals were very delicious!
We loved it very much and hope to visit it another year.
Not to forget, our gide Mustafa was so kind and helpful!
Definitely worth more than 5 stars!
First and foremost, I'd like to express my gratitude to Moha for everything. Luxury Desert Camp is one of the best camps in the Merzouga Desert. Moha organized a fantastic desert tour for us, and we had a great time with him and his crew.
If you want to go on a desert trip, book with a luxury desert camp and you will not be disappointed. They will make you feel very welcome.
Thank you, Moha, and everyone else who works there.
This camp comes highly recommended from me. We'll definitely see each other again.
Everything was perfect, we felt like home, surrounded by the desert and our new Berber family.
Addi was taking care of us and was very helpful with every request we had.
Wi-fi was (most of the time) good enough for video calls, but Maroc Telecom has 4G coverage in that area, so we were able to stay online quite comfortably.
Breakfasts and dinners were huge!
We spent 6 nights here, and will come back again for at least month, Inshallah ❤️
Best experience in Morocco so far.
Tanmert!
Perfect 10!!! We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Mezouga , camel ride from the meeting point to the Camp, 4x4 ride to black Sahara, seeing the sunrise by buggy ride, great breakfast, plentiful dinner, camp fire music and dance. Everything was well organized with Friendly amazing staff. Camp tent was clean and plenty of hot water for shower. Staying in Merzouga luxury camp was highlight of our Morocco trip, maybe in our lifetime . We recommend this Camp, look no further
Palmyra Luxury Camp was one of the options suggested to us by a friend of ours who is familiar with this part of Morocco, and opted for it based on the reviews on Tripadvisor and other online travel forums. I must say that we certainly made the right choice: The food was top-notch, the staff were super kind, friendly and courteous, our tent was more luxurious than expected with all the modern comfort and convenient facilities.
All in all, a 5 star glamping experience!
We were very happy with our stay. It was wonderful to be able to return to the hotel between activities and during the hottest time of day, to use the pool or to sit and relax in various quiet locations.
The staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay with them was comfortable and were instrumental in ensuring the rest of our stay in Morocco was equally as successful.
Fully recommend to anyone looking to stay in Merzouga!
Zahra Luxury Desert Camp is very best. It's many to say, I hope I can catch everything. Transfer is include, dinner and breakfast is include. We eat best tajine with aubergine in Maroc in desert. Too much food at the evening and breakfast. Experience with Quad was the best that we have in Maroc. Sunrise and Sunset excellent. Night berber music around fireplace amazing. We have one of best experience of our life.
A stay at theis luxury camp in Merzouga is a must for anyone seeking a unique and lavish escape. The seamless blend of traditional Berber hospitality and modern luxury amenities created an oasis in the desert. Our camel trek to the camp was an adventure in itself, and once there, the comfort of the accommodations combined with the authentic cultural experiences made our stay truly unforgettable
Hassan was amazing. As usual we booked our trip to the Sahara desert at short notice. Once we booked Dar Lola and made contact with Hassan, he was very calm and arranged every thing else for us. What a star he was. My whole family had a great time and loved our desert experience In Merzouga!
The hotel had a real family and homely feel to it, and it is right next to the dunes, which was great!
We stayed 1 night in the desert camp, one of the best place in Merzouga in the tents they have in the desert , nice food , location of the camp in the middle of the desert , and the truth is that there are no words to describe how beautiful it is.
To highlight: the treatment and how good they made us feel.
They attended to all requests always with a smile.
We will repeat for sure.
Amazing staff, everything very well organized. Our highlight was the sunset from the Sahara dunes. The tents are solid, with basic bathroom/beds, (but hey we’re in a desert camp, what to expect). Food was good and the camp fire with local music a great add-on. We had an amazing desert experience, thanks to the amazing people of the Merzouga Luxury Camp!!
We had the best time of our entire morocco trip at camel's house. Mohammed the host is super friendly and treats you like family. We could use hos sandboard for free and offered a super cheap and amazing excursion in the desert. If you are staying in merzouga or hassalabied, I would definitely recommend to go to camel house!
Our trip was incredible and will be unforgettable! The Desert private luxury camp is luxurious and the food is delicious. Our guide hassan did an incredible job with providing us the full experience with his personal touch and a very friendly attitude 😁 We highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Morocco !
The best Hotel in Merzouga. The owner, Ibrahim was the best host ever. It was like to be at home!
We loved the kitchen, the room, the pool and the gate that gives you access directly to the desert’s dunes. Strongly recommended!
