I have stayed in so many 5* hotels and I can tell you that this one is by far the most sophisticated and cozy/ friendly hotel I have been to. The cleanliness is to the highest standards. They have small details in their interior design which makes it unique and yet very discreet & chic. Staff is very polite and helpful and i think this is what is takes to make a great establishment. From The valet standing outside to the nice restaurant staff “in clin d’œil to Enzo de la Champagne-Ardenne” & all the rest of the staffs are all so welcoming n knowledgeable. For instance dining at the Glasswing restaurant by chef Alexandru Simon. This experience was simply having a feast on the plate & again wonderful staff, great Sommelier.

Excellent location. Very well equipped, furnished and pleasantly decorated appartment. Helpful manager- the self check-in it was perfect. Close to attractions, just a few minutes to the tram station. Several small supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our time in Viena and this apartment was perfect for our needs.

the Appartement was really cosy, i loved the coffee machine with fresh beans. i also liked that all basics were already in the flat (salt, pepper, oil, soap…). the bed was comfy (but really soft, so depends what people like). communication was always easy with fast response. the house was really calm so we slept like babies. internet was brilliant, as my husband grad to work while our stay.

About this place we can say it's 10/10. Exellent apartment, exellent location. Un apartment you have all what u need for exellent holidays. Even hairdrayer and umbrella, what made my wife day.
