Chateau de Monrecour is located in Périgord Noir region, in the heart of the Dordogne Valley. It offers two heated swimming pools, a large south-facing terrace and a gourmet-style restaurant. Everything went well. Excellent location, very friendly staff, good breakfast, nice rooms

Beautifully appointed modern apartment, spacious and comfortable. Wonderful views onto the river and terraces. Autonomous entry was east. Restaurant downstairs was high standard with charming staff, we ate there three nights. Highly recommended.

The location is terrific with outstanding views down the valley - both north and south. It's a bit of a windy road to get here but well worth it. Breakfast was good and supper was excellent. I would certainly recommend this Chateau to my friends and family.

The rooms were phenomenal—such unique architecture and finishings. It felt very luxurious at a reasonable price. The grounds are stunning with the pool and gardens. The common area was comfortable and well stocked. Breakfast was the best on our trip through the region. And the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They gave great recommendations and even worked to book us extra tastings. Fantastic stay.

Ubytovanie Château Fleur D'Aya sa nachádza v destinácii Artigues-près-Bordeaux 8,9 km od miesta Most Jacques Chaban Delmas a 8,9 km od miesta La Cite du Vin. We absolutely LOVED staying at Chteau Fleur D'Aya! We were immediately made to fee super welcome and in fact on our first night we chose to sit and eat our dinner (bought from a local supermarket) with Henri and loved listening to his stories about the amazing restoration he implemented at the Chateaux. The Chateaux is a fabulous mix of historical beauty and modern interior design - it has been renovated in a stunningly sensitive and clever way and we loved staying somewhere so different! The beds were super comfortable and the shower and bath etc were wonderful. We actually did not find the time to get a swim in as we at two Rugby World Cup matches to attend but it looked wonderful and the hosts were super relaxed about us using it at any time. We are hoping to make a return sometime in the future when we have more time to enjoy the Chateau and Bordeaux and it's surroundings.

This was the best accommodation of our entire trip. we stayed in the Collette room and had a beautiful view of the pool & courtyard. The room was so comfortable, beautifully decorated and the facilities were exceptional. The service was next level. Every single staff member we met was so very helpful & kind. And the breakfast….stunning! Organically sourced, freshly squeezed. Don’t look any further than this hotel when visiting Sarlat! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay unforgetable 💕

The best stay in Provence by far. From our lovely host Wendy to the beautifully restored property and scrumptious breakfast! We loved this place! So sad it was only an overnight stay and couldn’t enjoy the property and all it had to offer. Thank you Wendy for being so accomodating, for the tour of the property and attention to detail. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and luxurious. We’ll be back in warmer months so we can enjoy the beautiful pool and sample your local wines too. Cheers from Australia.
