Very peacefull and relaxing place. Rooms are beautiful. Pool is great and stuff is very kind. Place is just about one hour distance from main touristic atractions (Matera, Alberobelo, Ostuni). All recommendation to spend your holydays here.

I was impressed by beautiful and peaceful surroundings, authenticity and cleanliness. We had a room with a jacuzzi, which was amazing. The pool was nice and clean. Filippo and the staff were very friendly, polite and professional. We also had a tasty dinner with a very good wine, which they also brought into our room. It was a lovely and unforgettable stay with varied breakfast and amazing fresh juice from cactus fruit.

Nicola and Domenica were perfect hosts and the breakfast prepared each morning was fabulous. Lovely grounds to move around and explore. Quirky pieces of art everywhere. Close to all the major tourist destinations by car.

I am a luxury travel advisor and stay in the best hotels all the time. Masseria Francescani is a very rare gem. Every detail is of incredible taste. The staff, including Rosela, Carlota and Gaetano were all so attentive and joyful. This is the best value I have paid for a hotel of that caliber in a very long time. And the food, inclusive breakfast is incredible and the optional dinner worth every euro. Bravo !!!

A lot of attention to detail: different choice of memory foam pillows (soft/hard), very comfortable beds, silky towels. Staff professional and friendly. We particularly appreciated the owners’ care for animals welfare. Breakfast was just perfect with choices also for a vegan family. A gem right in the heart of Apulia.
