Great location within walking distance of a lot of main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly, particularly Nicola, who graciously waited for us to check in at 3 am, displaying exceptional hospitality.

The location of the hotel is extremely good - all metro and bus lines are about 100-200 meters from the hotel, and thus there is a connection with the whole city, especially for visits to the Vatican and/or the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant' Angelo, Trestevere quarter, etc. You can even go on foot. Possibility to have a very tasty and, if desired, lunch and/or dinner as part of half or full board. Fantastic separate area for smokers in the garden of the hotel. All the information needed for a tour of the city are provided by the friendly staff at the hotel reception. The refund of the deposit against damage to the room is the same day after check-out from the hotel. Possibility of organized and reserved transportation to and from the airport. by reserving the hotel, You get a luxurious and private transport from the airport to the hotel, etc., etc. fantastic Hotel Ottaviano Augusto!
