The private and public spaces were so beautiful and tastefully designed that we felt like we were staying in the pages of a magazine! It being springtime, the grounds were also beautiful, lush with wildflowers and singing birds and frogs. We also really enjoyed: the homemade breakfast buffets, the peacefulness and privacy of our room, and the comfortable bed. Casalino18 is also well-located, within a 15-45 minute drive of most sites of interest in Siena province.

Just a bit further down the road, a beautifully crafted stone farmhouse awaited. Tuscan charm filled each guest accomodation, including fully equipped kitchens, fresh herbs from the garden and 360 degree views. Sitting by the pool, with an elderberry spritz in hand became our afternoon go-to. Evenings were spent getting to know the other guests, all with an international flair. However, it was Luca, Tiziana, their children, and Leo, (the best ever golden lab) who stole our hearts. This welcoming, funny and generous family gifted us 2 weeks in heaven plus... a lifetime of memories.
