Very close to town, local transport and airport bus. Very clean and nice room with nice view onto the road and all the beautiful buildings, 4th floor, road not too noisy. Bathroom looks brand new, super clean Everything there. Very nice, helpful and friendly ladies, I was able to check in very early as my room was already cleaned, after check out one can leave the bags

Everything was perfect. The staff was so helpful and nice. The location is so close to everything, near Grand via. The room was clean and modern, everything was new. And there were some gifts in the room for us.

The location of the hotel is excellent and easy to find even if you are visiting Madrid for the first time. The hotel is located in an old building opposite the Royal Palace. Near all attractions and many cafes and restaurants. The hotel management really care about their guests. We were sent detailed information on how to get to the hotel, which helped us a lot. Thanks for the hospitality. We will definitely be back!

The staff were really attentive. They clean the rooms everyday. They also change the towels everyday. The room was spacious. The bathroom has bathtub, bidet and hair dryer. They provide wáter heater for the free coffee, tea and milk. Coming on winter, we thought It would be very cold but the room was really warm. We didn't use the heater a lot. And the location is amazing. You could go anywhere in minutes. There was nothing else i could've asked for.

Exceptional property. Welcomed by host. I really felt that if a problem I would be well looked after. Room as described but better. An oasis right in the centre of Madrid just off the Gran via. Super clean. Super functional. Minimalistic but tasteful modern decor and fittings. Interior window. Lighting excellent. Super comfy bed. Room dark and so quiet overnight. Excellent sleep Wifi fast and stable Such good value for money. I would very highly recommend
