Wonderful location for us. Check in instructions were very accurate. Even with our very-limited internet access before our arrival, communication with the host/property was awesome. Very quick responses when we did have access to the internet. Room and facilities are well done and with quality construction. Location is 1/2 way between the Train Station and The Beach. Around 5 min walk to both.

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is very big, comfortable and very nicely furnished and has all you need for a lovely stay in Viareggio. It is about a 10 minute walk to the train station and Viareggio is a great base for exploring Lucca and Pisa, which are both only 20 mins by train. Viareggio itself is a lovely town with some beautiful Art Deco (Liberty) style buildings and is great for shopping.

The apartment was very nice, everything that a person might need was in place and conveniently organised. The hostess was very friendly and helpful, thank you so much! She made our stay very comfortable. :) It was also very quiet and cute area on the way to the beach or to the center.

The room is well-equiped. it has almost everything: a washing machine, a boiler (kettle), a microwave, a parking lot, an air conditioning and a refrigerator. The details for self-check in is clear and the staff (Veronica) is nice.
