Staff were very nice and accommodating. Really good hospitality. They provided dinner (150dh per person) and breakfast at a time of our choosing (with 1 hour notice). The dinner is truly amazing, 3 courses and topped off with a delicious mousse. The staff also played light drumming which perfectly matched the setting. The tables were all lit by candlelight, which truly made the evening something special within the gorge. The cave rooms are warm but we were very comfortable. The shower was very powerful and amazing for an off grid setup. Actually one of the best showers we had even in such isolation in a gorge. This is the best hotel we stayed at whilst in Morocco. The price is mid range but the value is above what you pay. Definitely the best place we stayed on our road trip to Merzouga and chefchaouen. Free private parking right at the doorstep.

Kasbah Itran provides accommodation in Kalaat MGouna. Boasting a concierge service, this property also welcomes guests with a restaurant and a terrace. It is an amazing place with fantastic views. We walked around the roses at the foot of the Kasbah which was wonderful. We were kindly given a hand drawn map to follow, but I'm terrible at map reading and fortunately, it wasn't necessary. Dinner and breakfast were good. The rooms were breath-taking. A must.

Tamraght White Hostel is situated on the beachfront in Tamraght Ouzdar, 1.6 km from Taghazout Beach and 1.6 km from Banana Point. Yussuff was such an amazing host. Had great advice for the surfbreaks (surfer himself) and rentals etc., really honest and friendly and helpful, humble guy. Highly recommend staying here. He keeps the rooms really clean and the location in Tamraght is chill and everything was easy. Felt right at home, very comfortable, Loved it.

Oasis Tilogui in Zagora features a garden and a terrace. With an outdoor swimming pool, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The rooms are really huge and very nice decorated. We felt very welcome. The food is very good, both dinner and breakfast. The environment is also nice, you can walk along some villages in the valley and experience local culture. Highly recommended!
