The view from the hotel was spectacular. It was a quick and easy drive to Nordheimsund, which is where many tours take off. Like many other hotels in Norway, there is a wide and excellent selection for breakfast. Something for everyone. We had to leave earlier on our final morning before the start of breakfast but they had everything set out for us to self-serve. The restaurant was delicious but a bit pricey. This is typical of Norway, however. The pool at the connecting sports facility was convenient and fun.

I just could not get enough of the view. It had an apple tree outside our Balcony. Dinner was Super expensive, I will not say no, but the chef is top. Always ask for a Table Fan which will be given to you on request, as u will need 1 for slight air circulation in the room….coz u will need to shut the windows coz of the outside noise and mosquitoes sometimes.…or else u might feel stuffy or sweaty in the middle of the night…..this is a tip to be used in the whole of Norway.

Eidfjord Hotel ligger i Eidfjord och har en trädgård, en terrass, en restaurang och en bar. Probably our best hotel during our 10 days tour of Norway. Nice staff. Wonderfull view from the lounge and from the restaurant. We enjoyed there excellent grilles salmon, locan cider and cheesecake.

The food at Restaurant Flor'n was delicious with great ambience. The gardens are beautifully maintained. Couldn't have imagined a better stay.
