Gorgeous hotel, in a stunning setting nestled next to the limestone karsts. 2km from Tam Coc town, just close enough to bicycle to town (free bikes provided by the hotel) but far enough away to be quiet and feel rural. Surrounded by rice fields, limestone karsts, rivers, chickens and birds, this is the perfect place to stay if you like to have good restaurant options for a dinner in town followed by a good quiet nights rest. The pool has a waterfall from the cliff above, such amazing ambiance to cool off in the afternoon before dinner. Rooms new and clean, beds comfy, staff friendly. We rented scooters from the hotel to visit all the further away attractions and just to cruise off the beaten path for some glimpses of real life in the surrounding towns and villages. They are just in the process of completing a restaurant on site which looks beautiful unfortunately we missed the opening by just a few days. If you are into a beautiful quiet rural stay and a little adventure exploring around, stop looking and book this hotel you won’t regret it!

The staff were incredible, very genuine and lovely! On the day of checkout we had a sleeper bus booked and we weren't leaving till 9pm, they allowed us to stay past our check out time and said we could stay in our room until we were ready to leave, made such a difference for us and were very grateful. Really good location and we found the room nice and clean!

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. This is one of the best home stays we’ve stayed in Vietnam. Highly recommend staying with this family!!

The hostess actually organised for us our transportation to Hanoi, complete with the shuttle taxi that came to pick us up at their door. The property is built at the foot of a mountain conveniently close to Mua Caves but in a quiet area. The rooms on the pond were large and very comfortable.

Nice Vietnamese coffee + omelette breakfast. overall I got some of my best sleep quality in Vietnam here, so I'm happy :)
