Situated in Ha Long, 90 metres from Bai Chay Beach, Ha Long Essence Hotel features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. - location is quiet but right beside to the beach. - food you need go further to the city, but no problem because staff provide scooter for rent. - bed is totally soft and comfy, with AC working well, I slept like a baby. - room was super clean and spacious. - they also offer late check out when I said that I want to stay a bit longer, but not too long. - I forgot my wallet in my room and was immediately returned by the cleaner, she have done her good job. - overall the hotel itself is quite new, alright and worths the money, got nothing to complaint about it.

Very, very Kind and polite staff. They are really lovely and help you directly with any request. The rooms are very New and clean. Also the hotel is only around 300 meters from the beach and the beach is wonderful. The is a supermarket opposite of the hotel and some nice Restaurants around as well and the food in the hotel is very good too. I can highly recommend this hotel and will go back there soon. Thank you for the nice stay and all your help 🙏🏻

Very friendly and incredibly helpful staffs! They provided us many great advices for our first trip in Halong. The hotel, located in Hon Gai, is not very close to the tourist center which is in other side of the Bai Chay bridge. However, you can find affordable foods and discover the true lifestyle of local habitants and can walk to HaLong market and ride shortly to other attractive places such as Quang Ninh museum, Hon Gai beach.
