I have only good things to say about this perfect place It is in the middle of a forest, where there are monkeys from all sides who even enter the balconies where they sleep - which is an amazing experience The staff are so welcoming and just make sure you have the best and most pleasant experience possible. Staying at Railay Bay was like a dream. The best staff, so kind, so inviting and always happy to help. Room service was exceptional. Resort is so close to the beach it’s really convenient. All services are available at the reception, and the receptionists are just so kind. Really got to relax here and will come again. I recommend this place to anyone planning to stay near Railay beach in Krabi. The restaurant has great food, they make great Thai food but also western dishes. Their steak was on point. There was a band playing live music at the restaurant the first day we arrived.

Absolutely loved this place! The view and the surroundings are breathtaking. The rooms are absolutely lush, and i would def recommend getting the ocean view ones. The pool and the pool bar is lovely. And the food is also great. 10/10 would recommend.

Everything is absolutely perfect. The staffs were so accommodating and Ive never experienced such polite staff at a hotel before. Me and my partner felt safe on the property. Breakfast was a buffet and was perfect for wide variety of options. The hotel pick to and from the resort was also perfect. They were also little kittens running around which makes our stay more enjoyable
