Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. We stayed in block 5, room was big, bed comfortable, bathroom huge. Balcony with mountain view amazing. Room has fridge and kettle for hot water. Some furniture was outdated though. We used guest laundry, which was very convenient. Pool area nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was great. We had also dinner at Tali restaurant, very good. We would stay again.
