The room was well prepared for our arrival. The towels and bed linen were very clean and almost new. The beds were solid. We arrived late, so we were provided with a self check-in instructions which were clear and fairly simple. The communicstion with Chiara was exceptional. She is a very professional and kind person.

The Hotel Gattopardo is a friendly and welcoming establishment conveniently located close to Verona airport and just 10 minutes by car to the centre. Perfect for staying near airport for early flight. The receptionist was outstanding. She prepared a takeaway breakfast for us because our flight was early. She organised an airport shuttle at 6.45am and was there to ensure it turned up. The room was big and comfortable for our one night stay.

This is a perfect place to stay to visit Verona. I came for the opera festival at the Arena, where I parked easily at the underground Cittadella car park. The performance finished in the early hours of the morning, and the kind receptionist showed me how to get back into the car park and hotel at 2.30 am.

Sparkling clean, the host is very friendly and welcoming, the environment despite being close to the airport is calm and silent for that peaceful night sleep especially after missing a flight like I did. The room is spacious and the bed is big and comfortable. Felt safe and homely to be here for a night. I highly recommend!
