They just started in the hotel and are doing the best they can. The room was very big, got everything we wanted and needed. Its near the highway but you can here the cars barely. Great location if you arrive by bus to Seobu Bus Terminal (West Busan) and loads of places to eat (and go shopping) nearby. We stayed here twice and had great rooms both times, well equipped with tons of amenities and with an interesting interior design (all floors are differently themed!). Arriving there with our bicycles was no problem, we could store them in the building. They were helping us out very generously, when we needed assistance!
