It’s clean, the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the shower is great.
Parking is convenient — you can either pay for valet service or walk just two minutes to a more affordable parking garage nearby. It’s also close to great restaurants and the metro.
At check-in, the staff member was super kind, attentive, and very helpful.
However, during check-out, the man at the front desk seemed to be in a bad mood and was not helpful at all. A few days earlier, I had asked him something, and his attitude was the same.
Other than that, it’s a very pleasant hotel, and I enjoyed my stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and tidy. The towels were great. Parking costs extra but worth it because my car was safe and convenient. Nice to have a restaurant in the hotel but there were a couple of places near by for a quick bite.

We were in Washington, D.C. for business/personal travel and not for a vacation, but did spend a couple days checking out the monuments and museums. Definetly a must see city if one likes history.

The staff was friendly and helpful while we were there (for one night).
We had to call back after the trip to try to find some lost keys. While the staff was again friendly and helpful when we got through, it took several tries (an annoying number). Each time the person answering would quickly put me on hold long enough that it seemed I was being ignored.
(without even being able to say why I was calling).
Don't expect to get through on the phone unless you call several times !

We look forward returning again and again and again, here is our main stay for friends and family to meet, rest and prepare for whatever the occasion maybe away from our homes on business or leisure time.
We learned of various places to eat out, so on this stay we traveled once to "Silver Diner, and once to Wendy's ".

The hotel has not refunded my deposit.
The hotel has not refunded my deposit. I checked out on 25 November, and it has been 22 days, yet I have still not received the deposit. The hotel claims that the refund was released; however, my bank confirms that the money has never been returned to my account. In addition, the staff members I spoke with on the phone regarding this matter were very rude, and it is almost impossible to reach the hotel by phone. The receptionist was eating chips while checking me in.

We didn’t really explore much in Oxon Hill, but there was a lot to do. Top Golf was next door to our hotel and it seemed to be a very popular attraction. The MGM was cool…shops, dining, Casino…what else is there to say? We spent the evening eating and taking in the sights there, pretty neat 👍. There’s an Outlet Mall for tons of shopping and just about every restaurant that you could imagine in the area. Wish we could have spent more time exploring Oxon Hill, maybe next time!

This was the perfect hotel to stay at, price wise and...
This was the perfect hotel to stay at, price wise and convenience wise. We were only a short 15 minute drive to the white house, lincoln memorial, arlington cementary and the Washington monument. The room was extremely clean, it had everything you needed. We even walked down the street and checked out a resturant called The Grill Room which was amazing food! Very family friendly, we felt safe walking around which was a huge bonus.

D.C is a fabulous city with plenty of activities to do.
D.C is a fabulous city with plenty of activities to do. It certainly has something for everyone, whether you want to explore the free Smithsonian museums, have a tour of Congress or catch the night life on U Street. It is also very easy to get around, with an extensive Metro and bus network which link to both of the airports. It is typically a very safe city and has wonderful eateries!
Would definitely recommend a visit!
