This modern hotel offers rooms equipped with a flat-screen TV. Complimentary WiFi access is also available as well as complimentary shuttle service within an 8-km radius. The room is well kept, the hotel is clean and like new, very convenient and linked to the airport terminal by pedestrian bridge with travelator conveyer. The bridge end towards the terminal is right at the passenger security on entering the air side. The hotel room is spacious and the bed is so comfortable, the toiletries are of good branded quality and the coffee capsules are of organic origin with special coffee machine inside the room. The window view is on huge airport open air parking grounds with green landscape at the background, with very acoustic sound insulation. A good choice for having comfortable night if you have more than 17 hours connection in Chicago O’Hare Strongly recommended for long connections

Arrived near midnight, but staff was helpful, received room keys within minutes. Dropped my watch near the front deck and the lady kept the watch for me, very grateful but I forgot her name, it was the night of 11 July. I needed sewing kit and she got me one, again very grateful.

The airport shuttle driver asked the Cafe employee to make us something to eat, even though it was closing time for the Cafe. She obliged, preparing delicious casadillas. Also, housekeeping gave us extra coffee pods on request and caught me at the door to give me my forgotten phone charger. Excellent, caring staff.
