Featuring an outdoor pool, this hotel offers studios and apartments with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The hotel is located 600 metres from the beach and a 20-minute walk from Side. Excellent hotel in terms of Quality/Price. It's a nice place to stay with family. Rooms are reasonably comfortable, clean. The staffs are concerned, help with any problem. It has a pool, the pool is very good for families with children. I strongly recomend.

Location of Villa Marla was good with loads of restaurant options around and shops within walking distance. The apartment was very clear with everything you may need, with new appliances. AC in the room and living room, beds super confy and great communication from owners. The apartment has a little terrace leading to the communal pool, which is really convenient for a swim or sunbathing.

Good location (10-15 mins to the beach), clean, spacious. everything is modern, quiet neighborhood (far from the very loud all inclusive hotels which are all long the beach), just as expected. Big pool, quite deep that you can use until midnight. There is also a small pool for children. The host is also nice and live in the same building if you need any assistance. 5 minutes or so to the grocery stores and restaurants. It's a good value if you don't mind walking from/to the beach. The beach itself is free, shallow and perfect for families/children and people who can't swim for any reason.

במקום האירוח Summer House by the Sea - 40 m to the beach יש מרפסת עם נוף לים, גינה וטרסה, והוא שוכן בסידה, ליד חוף קומקוי ובמרחק של 23 ק''מ מהקניון הירוק. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived and then very kindly drove us to the supermarket to get some supplies, which due to the time of arrival was really appreciated. In fact the owner was extremely kind and helpful at all times. He was on hand (on WhatsApp) throughout our stay with suggestions, to answer any questions, or if there were to be any issues. The location was spot on, with the beach a few steps away and Side old town about a 15-20 minutes walk along the promenade. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. I especially liked the fridge full of bottles of water! We were there at the beginning of November and it was lovely and quiet, so I can't comment how quiet or noisy it would be at peak times. Overall the apartment provided a comfortable stay and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.
