This hotel is fantastic! Its calm & very good for children. We felt a warm welcome when we arrived and all staff were very friendly. The pool at the hotel was good and never crowded, you could also eat by the pool. Included in the hotel visit was also sunchairs at a dedicated area at the beach, very close to the hotel, and at the times we were there we always got a seat. The hotel has its own restaurant and the food was just fantastic! This is a very cosy hotel, good service & things like AC & Wifi working well. The staff did everything to make our visit fantastic. A highly recommended hotel. We will be coming back! 😊

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, garden view and a patio, Villa Marla is located in Side. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony and free WiFi. Location of Villa Marla was good with loads of restaurant options around and shops within walking distance. The apartment was very clear with everything you may need, with new appliances. AC in the room and living room, beds super confy and great communication from owners. The apartment has a little terrace leading to the communal pool, which is really convenient for a swim or sunbathing.

Located within 1.4 km of Evrenseki Public Beach and 1.4 km of Side Public Beach, Mali Garden Residence provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Side. Good location (10-15 mins to the beach), clean, spacious. everything is modern, quiet neighborhood (far from the very loud all inclusive hotels which are all long the beach), just as expected. Big pool, quite deep that you can use until midnight. There is also a small pool for children. The host is also nice and live in the same building if you need any assistance. 5 minutes or so to the grocery stores and restaurants. It's a good value if you don't mind walking from/to the beach. The beach itself is free, shallow and perfect for families/children and people who can't swim for any reason.

Set in Side, just 400 metres from Kumkoy Beach, Summer House by the Sea - 40 m to the beach offers beachfront accommodation with a private beach area, a garden, a terrace and free WiFi. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived and then very kindly drove us to the supermarket to get some supplies, which due to the time of arrival was really appreciated. In fact the owner was extremely kind and helpful at all times. He was on hand (on WhatsApp) throughout our stay with suggestions, to answer any questions, or if there were to be any issues. The location was spot on, with the beach a few steps away and Side old town about a 15-20 minutes walk along the promenade. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. I especially liked the fridge full of bottles of water! We were there at the beginning of November and it was lovely and quiet, so I can't comment how quiet or noisy it would be at peak times. Overall the apartment provided a comfortable stay and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Very good location of apartments. Very clean. 10 minutes by walk till the beach. Food store Migross with very good range is not far from apartments. A lot of cafe with Turkish national food. Very welcoming hosts. Bed linen and towels are changed frequently. There is a courtyard where you can fry meat or fish over a fire in the shade of grapes. There is a bus stop 100m away, from where you can quickly get to Side and Manavgat. I can recommend this place for relax.

Set in a renovated historic building in the heart of Antique Side, Beach House Apartment offers a balcony with garden. This self-catering accommodation features a large garden and free WiFi. The location is premium, taking the morning coffee looking at the see is much enjoyable and empties the head. (sea view from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms). The apartment has everything one needs, the beds were super comfy, climatization in every room (we used it very little but it's there if needed), spacious and bright living room/kitchen. The garden is very nice and chill, there is a swinging bench that is perfect to end the day. The hosts are wonderful, Penny and Ali are lovely people who are living in a beautiful house right next and are very helpful. To make grocery shopping the cheapest are BIM, A101 and Sok but those usually do not sell any alcohol, if you want beer/wine then you have to go to Carrefour or Migros. To eat there is plenty of choice, in front there is The Taste whom the owner is very friendly, you can order there and they will deliver to the door. For a less tourist vibe and more traditional and family atmosphere there is Kalimera in the little alley of Appolon sk., there you will be treated as if you were at a family dinner, you can tell you are not sure what you want to choose and the chef will propose you a bit of everything and put it all on the table like a royal dinner, the food is awesome and very cheap. Side is a one of a kind place, if one likes ancient civilizations then this is the place to go. And anywhere you go in Side, always say that you are with Ali and Penny!
