We aye together in the evenings like a family and in the day the staff go out of their way to take you on trips to their local village or tourist spots. Highly recommend 🫶🙏

Em Bukit Lawang, Rambai Tree Jungle Lodges - Family Friendly oferece jardim, terraço, serviços de massagem, além de Wi-Fi grátis em toda a propriedade. We stayed there before and after a 4 day jungle trek during the low/wet season. The bungalow was located on the river, right at the edge of the jungle. There are frequently macaque and Thomas's leaf monkeys in the trees and jumping on the roof. You can leave non-food items on the patio (like clothes drying after the jungle), but the host advised us to keep the door locked when we aren't around to keep them from coming in. We specifically chose somewhere without AC to acclimatize to the temperature and humidity, but ventilation inside was good. Porters met us at our taxi to carry the luggage through the village and across the bridge, which was appreciated.

Everything was wonderful. The location overlooking the river from your balcony is amazing. The room is basic but for the prize it is fantastic value. Apart from the fantastic view you get a super comfy bed, a big mosqito net (without holes :-), a bathroom and toilet (cold water), a fan and WIFI in the room - which I was not expecting. But above all Alex and his family are exellent hosts and you feel very velcome. Alex arranged transport for me to and from Bukit Lawang. I would really recommend this transport (shared tourist taxi) and of course the main thing: Alex arranged a two day trek for me. It vas amazing with lots of wild life including orangutans.

We absolutely loved this place!!! Its location it’s perfect, really close to Gunung Leusere National Park entrance. Staff received us with a warm welcome and helped us to carry our bags to the bungalow. They all are helpful and looking after their guests. As soon as we arrived, staff informed us about trekking options, we decided to opt for 2 days trekking with a night in the jungle and rafting (note that rafting is optional but I would recommend you not to hesitate in hiring the activity, really funny). We started the trekking day after of our arrival with Rony and Klin, it couldn’t be better. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations! We saw plenty of different type of animals (and monkeys) orangutans of course! We enjoyed nature, met incredible people and we had lot of fun. Night in the jungle is an absolutely experience. Also mention to our chef, Huan who cooked us our lunch and dinner in the camp. We felt safe all the time with mentioned guides. Amazing experience

Green Travelodge Bukit Lawang está em Bukit Lawang e conta com acomodações com área de estar. Great staff and awesome vibe, gardens are beautiful and the rooms/bungalows are simple but very well decorated and they have everything to have a comfortable stay. They look exactly like the pictures. Very well located to start the hike to see the orangutans. Restaurant was very good, and it was nice to have dinner and join the staff who was playing guitar and singing. Breakfast was awesome, I loved the porridge (baked, steel cut) with local fruits. You really get a lot for what you pay. I hope to go back!
