The room was very clean (including the air conditioning ducts, I checked), everything was new, It was quiet to sleep, It had a great view of the volcano and the breakfast was healthy and tasty. As a plus, the shopping mall where the hotel is located is beautiful, cheerful, has an ice skating rink and good shops and food. If you have a car, the location is also good for going to both Cholula and Puebla. The only thing they need to improve is that the restaurant space wasn't big enough to accommodate so many people, but I didn't have to wait too much. It's worth It, I recommend It!

The staff are nice, check-in and check-out was smooth, our room was clean with super comfortable beds, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety.

Centrally located in Puebla de Zaragoza, Gamma Puebla Señorial Centro is 5 minutes’ walk from the Cathedral and Zócalo Main Square. It offers free Wi-Fi in public areas and has a 24-hour reception. Besides being a 10 min walk to zocalo, the immediate neighborhood was great with lots to do and see within 2 blocks in any direction.

The staff were very nice and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the street — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view of the city. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of Puebla Centro, making it easy to walk around and explore nearby attractions. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
