The apartment is clean and has everything you need and more. Communication with the host was smooth and nice. We also saw wild animals from the terrace and screen. The Solhem Cabin - 80m to the lake, 1930s charm ligger nær stranden i Strömstad, 21 kilometer fra Daftöland og 35 kilometer fra Fredriksten festning. Great “Astrid Lindgrin”-style house, nice hosts, good location for exploring Northh-Western part of Sweden

Cottage - Majviken tilbyr overnatting med uteplass og vannkoker. Her har du utsikt over hagen, og du bor bare 47 kilometer unna Vänersborg jernbanestasjon. This cottage was absolutely magical! We stayed for 6 nights and would have happily stayed longer. It is in a beautiful secluded coastal area with a lovely view, and was spectacularly well equipped with everything we needed. It was warm and comfortable, and we also enjoyed splitting wood for the antique heating stove (although there is electric heating as well). The cottage was so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and as we checked in over Easter weekend the hosts had made some really special Easter touches for us, which we loved!! It is in a great location with a supermarket under 10mins drive away, and close to multiple nature reserves for hiking (there is one 15 mins drive away!) - we picked it as we were in Sweden for a hiking holiday. The hosts were wonderful, welcoming, and really helpful and responsive as well. Staying here absolutely made our holiday, so thank you!!! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very nice and cozy little space close to the water. Has everything you need and is reachable by bus, which is a plus. Host was very friendly, too!
