BulgariaThe hotel is located in an amazing place. Great views if you have the room with mountain view. I was skiing the whole day, but my luggage was kept save in a locker room and even I could take a shower and get ready for my way back home. Amazing

AustraliaAbsolutely amazing place to stay with incredible views of the mountains. The room was amazing, so comfortable and well thought out, plus it felt very new and clean. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, I appreciated the fruit and yoghurt! The owners and staff were all wonderful and so friendly. Say hello to the little white cat for us... Can't recommend this place enough, would definitely return.

United StatesAmazing hotel. Our room had a huge private terrace and the views were unbelievable. I heard clanging one morning we were there and was delighted to see cows parading through the street right below us! The bus stop is literally right across the street so super convenient. Ideal location as it is super walkable to shops and restaurants but not quite in the noisier heart of it all. The staff was kind and attentive and it was a huge bonus to have laundry available in the basement. The toiletries provided in the room smelled amazing. The restaurant was top notch, we dined there our first night. To end our stay, we got a lovely Swiss chocolate bar as we checked out :)
