SpainThe staff was really nice and helpful. I wanted to make sure I'd be able to stay in a quiet room so that I'd be able to focus on some academic work I would need to carry out those days there and the receptionist was very understanding about my situation. All in all, there wasn't any noise, and the cleaning staff was very polite too. The buffet service is excellent and there's a wide range of food to choose from with really good quality (from fresh bacon and eggs to fresh Danish smørebrød bread with dairy and cold sausages). I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time I visit Copenhagen.
