Our room was spacious, graced by a gorgeous live oak. We enjoyed the short stroll to dinner at the Marina restaurant and a morning stroll to the Odd Birds Cafe for a great breakfast sandwich. The location was perfect for visiting beaches and historic district. The harbor was beautiful. Simone at the front desk was super welcoming.

The location is PERFECT!!! The parking is free which is nice in the often chaotic parking experience that St Augustine has. It’s walkable to EVERYTHING. We have lived near St Augustine our whole lives. But love coming in for the night going to our favorite spots having some drinks, listening to live music, and not having to worry about driving home. The Best Western Bayfront allows us the ease and comfort we are looking for when coming into St Augustine for the night to relax, unwind, and really enjoy!!

    As a native Floridian, I almost feel embarrassed to admit that his was my first trip to St. Augustine. But wow! What a great experience! The town isn't large, per se, but it is densely packed with history. We cut our visit short by one day, but we left too early to be finished with our exploration of the city. This was a fabulous road trip that everyone should make!

    St. Augustine is a must for all ages!!! The history of our oldest city is remarkable. Take the Trolley that allows you to get on and off at each stop to see and learn all about this amazing city! The beaches are beautiful, the food is excellent and the people so friendly!

    This place is beautiful, the architecture, the historical...

    This place is beautiful, the architecture, the historical sights and significance! The variety of places to eat. You can go fishing, go to the beach, take a boat tour, there are so many chances to learn about wild life as well as the history. There are even haunted tours. I highly recommend The Alligator Farm and Florida Water tours! Annnd if you go to the light house the go to the top.... its definitely worth all the stairs! There is literally something for everybody to enjoy here.

    St. Augustine is a fantastic historic city!

    St. Augustine is a fantastic historic city! It has, in the last few years become a very 'touristy' place. The city infrastructure cannot keep up with the influx of tourists. Lack of parking adds to the frustration many feel visiting this great city.

    St. Augustine is a great City to visit, whether you're a couple for a romantic stay or a family for a long getaway. We visited the fort, did the ghost trolley tour, went to St. Augustine Beach, visited Anastasia Park the Gator zoo And the lighthouse during our stay there. There are tons of restaurants to choose from as well as ice cream places. The city is so full of history you'll be sure to walk away with a great appreciation for it.

    The combination of history, location to the beaches, food choices and attractions make St. Augustine a must do for families, foodies and those looking for historical fun things to do. We've now been 2 years in a row and will go back next season as well!!

    The price is excellent, considering the hotel's location and facilities. Walking distance of the historic St Augustine. They give the usual breakfast, but I haven't tried it. There are plenty of towels and quality products to use in the bathroom. It has been renovated since my last visit, and I really appreciate the renovations, especially in the bathrooms and mattresses. Removing carpets is a nice touch for these "near to the beach" hotels.

    Beautiful house with nice rooms very close to the historic heart of St. Augustine. The breakfast was much better than at every other hotel we stayed: homemade, fresh and delicious. I myself would have preferred a decent buffet with *fresh* produce, but we never found that in the US unfortunately. This little hotel was a breeze compared to other experiences in the US.

    The location is superb. Right across the private beach. Close to St. Augustine, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The hotel itself has a beachy vibe throughout. The room is very nice with a private balcony. The bathroom is quaint and offers everything you need. The staff is very friendly and make sure all your needs are met.

    This property is in a quiet location but still close to the historic district. If you want to spend a little timeout around the house, there are family games to play including a darts board outside. We recommend this property for comfort and tranquility and could not fault it as it provided everything.
