A equipe foi fantástica, o café da manhã foi muito bom, especialmente graças à anfitriã do café da manhã Marta, recebemos um serviço igual ao de Trump Turnberry, que é excepcional Marta foi muito simpática e acolhedora Também Ana concierge na recepção que organizou uma viagem exclusiva de cruzeiro em iate a motor no Douro depois de não termos conseguido reservá-la on-line Além disso, os porteiros da porta da frente, o concierge noturno e a manutenção foram todos muito bons em seu trabalho, auxiliados pela equipe de limpeza e cozinha, todos disseram Ola e ficaram muito felizes com seu trabalho. The staff were fantastic, breakfast was very excellent particular thanks go to Marta breakfast host, we have received service equal to that of Trump Turnberry which is exceptional Marta was very friendly and welcoming Also Ana concierge on front desk who organised an exclusive motor yacht cruise trip on the Douro after we couldn't get it booked on line Also the porters at the front door, the night concierge and the maintenance were all very good at their job assisted by the housekeeping and kitchen staff, everybody said Ola and they were very happy at their work.. Well Done!! PS all staff were exceptional and attentive not enough room to mention everybody front door staff were always there with a smile to greet us and the concierges at all times were eager to help and listen to my broken Portuguese Obrigado tudos, we hope to return soon to your cidade linda

No centro de Porto, ICON Duplo Ribeira localiza-se a 2 minutos a pé de Ribeira Square e 400 m de Palácio da Bolsa. It's a beautiful boutique hotel in very good location. All of staff are kind and nice. especially Sergio always wears smile and super friendly and helpful. My husband and I really enjoyed this stay.

Very warm welcome. We found a personal note from the manager and some fresh fruit in our room on arrival. We also received a voucher for a complementary drink at the bar. Breakfast had a vast choice and was very tasty. Room was perfect with a wonderful view to the cathedral. Beautiful area - walkable to the city center and sights. Most of the touristic tours start on the square just by the hotel. (a bit uphill, but so is the entire city) Beds - super comfy. Appreciated the wide choice of EN channels on the TV (not just BBC and CNN but a lot of entertainment channels)

Location couldn’t have been better. Several attractions are within 10-15mins walk. Carlota, who checked us in and out was amazing! Nothing was too much for her and we felt so welcomed by her. The map, places of interest and restaurant recommendations were prepared and shared with us upon arrival. Our apartment is gorgeous, very clean and most details were looked into. Style with functionality!

Absolutely perfect stay and flawless experience! One of the best, if not the best, 5-star hotels we've ever been to. The staff was super professional, paid attention to every detail, and delivered impeccable service. The warm welcome with glasses of Port Wine was a nice touch. The room upgrade and the stunning view of Porto's main cathedral took us by surprise – many thanks for that and all the other perks! The hotel is luxurious and cozy, with fantastic design, perfect cleanliness, a great spa and swimming pool, and a delightful breakfast. The location is top, right in the middle of the historical center with main restaurants and sights all around. We simply loved the hotel and are grateful for this wonderful experience!
